Brief Description: Lower cowling cutouts

Made the initial cutouts in the lower cowling, P-02-04, for the nose gear and air intake. Still need to fit and cut clearance for the valve covers. Cut and pilot drilled the lower cowling attachment hinges, P02-07 and -08. Cut and bent the cowling attach hinge pins P02-09 and -10. Did some fiberglass rework on the main gear wheel pants where I'd cut too much material.
